Where can I find the Shopify TSE serial number?

Please contact us at any time at help@openfiskal.com and we will be happy to help you read the TSE serial number.

Simply send us a picture of a printed sales receipt from one of your Shopify POS cash registers. If you use multiple cash registers, please send one picture per cash register. We will then read the TSE serial number from the QR code and send it to you.
