The new anybill Integration in OpenFiskal

Overview

The OpenFiskal app now features a new section called ‘Integrations’. Here you can see all officially available third-party apps that OpenFiskal works with.

In this section you will find the new anybill (digital receipts) integration.

anybill (digital receipts):

With anybill, you can automatically send digital receipts to your customers – immediately after a sale, exchange or return. The customer simply scans a QR code on the POS device and receives the digital receipt in the anybill app.

How to set up the anybill integration:

1. Go to: OpenFiskal app → Settings → Integrations → anybill
2. Create or connect your anybill account
3. If you don't have an account yet, click on ‘Create account’. If you already have an account, simply log in with your user IDand password.
4. Activate integration -> After successfully logging in, click on the ‘Turn on’ button. From now on, a digital receipt will be generated automatically for every transaction.

Activate POS extension:

• In Shopify, go to: Shopify Admin → Point of Sale → POS Apps
• Search for Print with OpenFiskal → Receipts and activate it. This extension displays an additional option on the checkout screen: anybill: Show QR code
• This allows the customer to retrieve the receipt directly via QR code.

This also works in the same way for returnsor exchanges– you can choose between a sales receipt, return or exchange receipt.

FAQ

How do I find the app integrations?

• In the OpenFiskal app under Settings → Integrations.

Do I need to have an anybill account?

• Yes, you cannot create a digital receipt without an account. However, you can register with anybill directly in the OpenFiskal app.

Is the integration activated automatically when I log in?

• No. You must manually activate it after logging in to retain full control.

Does this also work with returns?

• Yes. You can also issue digital receipts with anybill during the return or exchange process at the POS.
