The new Rechnungsprinter-Pro App Integration (from Pathway Solutions) in OpenFiskal

Overview

In the OpenFiskal app, in the new Settings → Integrations section, you will find the official connection to the invoicing app, Rechnungsprinter Pro from Pathway Solutions. This integration ensures that the TSE data and QR codes from OpenFiskal automatically appear on your Rechnungsprinter Pro invoices as soon as a fiscalised POS transaction is completed at your POS location.

What does the integration do?

The integration connects your OpenFiskal account to Rechnungsprinter Pro, the invoicing and accounting platform from Pathway Solutions. Once the OpenFiskal key has been stored and the integration activated, the TSE information automatically appears on all new invoices and credit notes in the form of a QR code.


This makes your invoicing process fully GoBD and KassenSichV compliant without you having to manually export or maintain receipt data.


Integration features


Automatic TSE QR code:
  • The TSE data from OpenFiskal automatically appears on every new invoice or credit note from Rechnungsprinter Pro (see example below).
  • Direct API connection: Copy the OpenFiskal key once and paste it into Rechnungsprinter Pro.
  • Seamless POS link: The QR code is automatically displayed for each new POS transaction (e.g. sale) as soon as fiscalisation is complete.


How to connect OpenFiskal with Rechnungsprinter Pro


Copy the key in OpenFiskal:
  1. Open the OpenFiskal app: Settings → Integrations → Rechnungsprinter Pro
  2. You will find your individual key under Connection → OpenFiskal Key. See example in Screenshot below.
  3. Click on Copy Key to copy it to the clipboard.


Paste the key into Rechnungsprinter Pro
  1. Open Rechnungsprinter Pro in Shopify or directly via the Pathway platform.
  2. In the app, go to the menu item Invoice printer → Settings → Invoice settings → OpenFiskal key.
  3. See screenshot: Invoice settings → OpenFiskal key
  4. Paste the copied key there and click Save.




Activate integration in OpenFiskal:
  1. Return to OpenFiskal → Integrations → Rechnungsprinter Pro.
  2. Activate the ‘Use integration’ switch (by default, it is set to deactivated – simply click on Activate).


Once the integration is active and your key has been saved, TSE QR codes will automatically appear on all new POS receipts.


Example Invoice:

Here is an example of a fiscalised invoice from Rechnungsprinter Pro with an active OpenFiskal QR code:



The document contains legal invoice details, such as the TSE transaction data, and the OpenFiskal QR code at the bottom, but this depends on the user.

This data is automatically added once the POS transaction has been successfully completed.
