The integrated POS cash book in OpenFiskal

Overview

OpenFiskal includes a fully integrated cash book that allows you to record all cash movements in your cash register in a traceable report.

Path: OpenFiskal app → Cash book → the cash book shows you the actual cash balance in your till at any time.

How to use the cash book report:

In OpenFiskal → Cash book, select the parameters: location, cash register ID and time period, e.g. the first to last day of the month.

Important: After selecting the parameters, always make sure to click on "Done" below otherwise the entries you need will not show. All entries are then displayed chronologically and the report shows the complete history of all cash transactions.

To export the report, click on ‘Export CSV’

If you have not yet activated the OpenFiskal Plus package, you will be automatically prompted at this point to select the Plus package, which is added as an add-on to your existing subscription. The OpenFiskal Plus package allows you to enjoy advanced Plus features such as the advanced digital receipt editor, cash book CSV export, and manage an unlimited number of cash registers!

Activation is then carried out via the Shopify billing area (see screenshot below):
